Livenation / Bill Graham Presents

Tenant Improvement

The 33,000 square foot offices for LIVE NATION embodies the influential history of its founder Bill Graham. It was designed as a gallery to showcase the rich collection of Rock and Roll memorabilia collected over the years in the San Francisco Bay Area. The original warehouse loft feel was kept by exposing the ceiling trusses and keeping the original concrete flooring and every exposed wall exhibit different art collections including everything for original photos of the Grateful Dead to psychedelic concert posters from the 1960’s and 1970’s. With splayed floating walls and bright colors reminiscent of the art that is displayed, the space is a nice compliment of art and architecture
